Mission Statement
In our roles as Dentists and support staff we undertake:
- To treat you with respect and courtesy. To keep
to time as far as possible, and to keep you informed
should there be any delay.
- To respect your confidentiality.
- To examine your mouth carefully so as to detect
any dental or oral disease.
- To discuss in detail our findings with you.
- To take the time to listen to your fears, needs
and desires.
- To formulate a treatment plan which best meets
your requirements and to discuss with you all the
implications, and alternatives.
- To carry out your dental treatment in a safe environment
- To constantly update our knowledge and techniques
in the light of current research.
It is our aim to give you a smile
you will be proud to show off, and by doing that help
in increasing your self-confidence and self esteem.
As patients we expect you:
- To attend for appointments on time, giving at least
24 hours notice of any cancellation. (Otherwise a
fee will be levied for broken appointments).
- To carry out any home care as recommended by your
Dentist or Dental Hygienist, so as to ensure that
your mouth, teeth and gums are maintained in a healthy
condition.
- To attend for regular examinations and preventative
treatment as recommended by your Dentist or Dental
Hygienist.
- To treat all staff with the courtesy and respect
that you would expect from us.
- To refer your family and friends to us for treatment.
