Anthony Inman was born in Surrey in 1961. He qualified as a dentist in 1984, having trained for five years at King's College Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry.

He started his professional career working in the field of Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery in a number of hospitals in the south of England, before going into General Practice.

Before moving to Bournemouth he spent five years as a Principal in Oxford. He joined Beechwood Dental Practice as an Associate Dental Surgeon in 1992 until he took over the Practice in 1996 on the retirement of the then Principal.

Following further post-graduate study he has developed an interest in cosmetic dentistry, especially with crown and bridge work and has become an Associate Member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD).

He is married and has four sons. Out of dentistry he enjoys a busy family life and playing the saxophone. When time allows he and his wife enjoy eating out and going to the cinema. He has a Diploma in Music.
